what is Fascia?
Fascia is your body’s connective web — wrapping around every muscle, joint, and organ.
It carries fluid, tension, memory, and even trauma.
When fascia gets stuck, you feel stuck. Pain, stiffness, and stress all build up.
Through gentle fascia-based movement and awareness, fascia can release.
When it does, your body restores balance, energy, and flow.
Meet Michele
II know what it feels like to fall through the cracks of the healthcare system. After a car accident, surgery, and years of frustration with doctors who shrugged or gave up, I realized no one else was going to heal me. I was either going to slowly lose my ability to live fully, or I was going to figure out how to help myself.
Out of sheer survival, I began watching my body closely — how I moved, where I hurt, how I held tension. I didn’t know what I was doing at first, but I knew I couldn’t keep outsourcing my well-being. That’s when something shifted.
I discovered fascia — the connective web that holds our bodies together and stores so much of our pain, stress, and even unspoken emotions. Through gentle movement, breath, and body awareness, I began to release what had been stuck for years.
Along the way, I found mentors who encouraged my curiosity and validated my unique way of seeing fascia. They reminded me that my body’s wisdom was worth listening to. Little by little, I became the captain of my own healing team.
Today, I help others do the same. I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, to feel broken, to wonder if your best physical years are behind you. That’s why I’m here — to show you that your fascia can heal, your body can change, and it’s not too late to feel better.
